Board – Dr Joseph Obwogi

CPA Dr Obwogi holds a PhD in Human Resource Management, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science. He is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and a Certified Human Resource Professional of Kenya (CHRP-K).

Dr Obwogi has worked in the University for over twenty-four years, a journey that started in the year 1998 when he joined Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) as an Accountant, rising through the hierarchy to be the University Registrar. He is an accomplished administrator and educationist, currently working as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business and Entrepreneurship and also a consultant in Human Capital Management as well as Strategic Management.

Dr Obwogi has formerly held various leadership positions including the Registrar Administration, Registrar Research Production and Extension and board member, JKUAT Staff Retirement Pension Scheme.
